Under the new regulations in force, from 1 March 2026 CAPIF SGC may only represent, for the collection and management of their rights, those rightsholders who grant the organisation an express mandate of representation.

CAPIF SGC is the only collective management organisation authorised by the DNDA (National Copyright Directorate) to represent record producers in the collection of their rights.
